Em A German Accent #10, os Internal Sync voltam ao som de Berlim ao convidarem David Keno a partilhar a cabine do Lounge e Europa. Com um fascínio na electrónica e rock dos anos 80 que consegue converter em house e techno, David Keno não tem ficado parado, com múltiplas edições a sairem em selos como HiFreaks,I220, Zenit, Meerestief, Karateklub ou ELP e remisturas para nomes impressionantes como Samuel L. Session, da Fresh ou Hugg&Pepp. As suas produções são habitualmente tocadas por DJ’s como Martin Eyerer, Chopstick, Karotte, Tiefschwarz ou Tiga, o que revela o sucesso do seu formato musical híbrido.
Não contente com isto, David Keno é também o patrão da sua própria editora, a Keno Records, que, entre outros, tem lançado música de Piemont, someone else, Krikor e Format:B.

A German Accent #8 is the last of this first series and sees Max Cavalerra, one of Karmarouge’s biggest hopes, come to Lisbon.

Who’s this Max Cavalerra guy, then?

With more than 10 years of releases, this Munich based DJ and producer is addicted to huge build-up’s and enormous breaks, moving around techno and minimal. He has records on labels such as Broque, Karmarouge or Parasound, remixing people like Paul Brtschitsch or Jay Denham.

In the 5th round of “A German Accent” nights, Internal Sync show off Plasteline label boss, Funkslut. It’s a double motif party, as it is also Internal Sync’s “Dandy Knob” Ep release party!

So, who’s this Funkslut guy, then?
Funkslut is Christo Martinis. This German/Greek hybrid spends his time between Athens, where he’s one of the main developers of this city underground dance scene, and Munich, where he runs the label Plasteline. The label was born in 2002 and has in the roster names like Lars Sommerfeld, Novox, Patrick Pelzner or Camel Toe, betting in a blend of foreign artists and Athens top guys.
